ROOT CANAL
Root Canal
Root canal is a procedure required when injury to the tooth caused by deep decay, cracks or trauma causes the nerve to flare up or become infected. The aim of root canal is to clean the bacteria from the tiny canals inside the tooth, so that medication can successfully heal the tooth from the inside out. Once the inside of the tooth is bacteria and pain free, the canals are sealed up with a heated plastic and the tooth strengthened with a resin or ceramic filling.
